Summary
This project was driven by the customer’s need to provide front accessibility in the design of their rear projection display system. These projectors are typically tuned and maintained thru the rear; CADmech’s challenge was to completely rethink the system’s serviceability without interfering with functionality.
Our Contribution
This solution was brought from concept to fabrication meeting and exceeding the design brief’s requirements. Components were optimized using finite element analysis, 3d motion simulation ensured smooth operation right from the development phase and careful tolerancing guaranteed ease of fabrication and assembly.
