Summary
CADmech has decades of experience in leading and supporting mission critical projects in the transportation industry. This expertise was brought to bear in integrating this new engine with the OEM’s existing bus platform.
Our Contribution
CADmech was responsible for the design and implementation of fuel lines, alternator, belt guards, oil filters and engine compartment insulation. Exacting attention to detail was given to meeting all customer specific and passenger transportation industry requirements.
Time tested design principles along with advanced engineering analysis tools were applied in developing trustworthy designs for critical bracket, weldment and sheet metal components. Careful communication management was required to ensure successful design reviews at each project phase. CADmech was also pivotal in sourcing vendors for outsourced components.
