Summary
Industrial automation is arguably the world’s toughest industry. Margins are low, deadlines are tight, and concepts are proven on the fly. Nevertheless, thanks to innovative thinking, attention to detail, and disciplined design, CADmech has successfully completed numerous projects on time and on budget.
Our Contribution
CADmech was involved with the design of several stations on a high-volume automated welding assembly line for the automotive industry. Robot reach and motion studies were conducted to ensure the end of arm tooling was able to interact fully with the transfer station. CADmech successfully completed design, modeling and drafting packages with GD&T for all stations.
CADmech is able to apply fresh thinking in designing truly innovative yet exceedingly reliable machines that are cost effective, robust and simple to set-up.
